You've seen Cycles Journal, but how do you use it?

While you can adapt Cycles Journal to your desires and needs, and there's technically no right or wrong way, we recorded a video of how we designed it with an intentional structure to support you.

Please note that there may be some small changes to the journal year-to-year, but generally the structure and way to use it stays the same!

Hi Natalie! Thanks for your kind words and comment <3 I’m so glad you returned to this support and are enjoying the new format :))

Ah yes, so in the video after 5:44 I show an easy way to just use 1 replacement tracking key for all 13 cycles, so you. don’t have to keep rewriting it! I’d recommend checking that out first to see if that would work for you: https://youtu.be/RGy2AjA7TxU?si=Dae-LdxRT1lnKlaJ&t=344

And if you do prefer printing out more so you have all 13, make sure when you go to print you check the settings. It’s often set automatically to “scale to fit”, but you want to switch that to “actual size” or “100%” or similar!

Hope this helps :)

Hi Rachel. Love your journal. I didn’t do it last year and missed it sooo much. Loving the new format in 2026. I’m doing the tracking key replacement option. The replacements were printed double sided in the book, so I’ll only be able to replace three of the 13 tracking menus. I tried copying it on a copier, but they shrunk and don’t fit. Any suggestions?
