About the Artist & Mystic

Rachael Amber (they/she) is a queer, neurodivergent, latine artist and intuitive who channels nature-centric art & healing tools to raise awareness and foster connection between all living beings.

Their creative focus comes to life through illustration, design, intuitive arts, writing, social + environmental advocacy, elemental mysticism, decolonization, and mental & menstrual mindfulness. Most of their artwork focuses on depicting the beauty of nature, cyclical living & the energetic interconnection between ourselves, one another & the natural world.

In a world of sensory distraction, my mission is to create tangible tools and grounding goods to help us root into remembrance of our inherent belonging, worth, and resources.

This deck is a reflection of the elements and aether / cosmic spirit & earthly matter, reflected through me, to you - a reflection of the same things.

I believe that our remembrance of interconnection is key to feeling that our impact matters even in a climate of change and times of tension.

And so through this deck I am visualizing a spectrum of our unseen interdependence, to help you recognize and embody your essential role of being present amongst the whole.

I've utilized the well-loved and trusted structure & visual symbolism of the Smith-Rider-Waite Tarot to cover as much of the spectrum as I could, while taking liberties of renaming the suits, progressions, and archetypes to create a deeper resonance.

(although you don't need to understand tarot to benefit from this tool!)

This is a re-orientation to non-separation.

From the personal -> communal / relational -> collective -> celestial...

Let's reframe our role as having to be pressure-fully perfect in all our actions, to embodying enoughness and tuning into what's truly needed in each moment.

Through reconnecting to our true nature through our internal sense of the elements, we can wield our inherent & inherited resources like the Magician or a seed's germination.

We have a responsibility to this planet & our fellow sentients... and it starts with our own embodied empowerment.

Hi there! I'm Rachael Amber (they/she) (or Rae) and I'm so excited to be here with you on this journey. :)

As a true Sagittarius rising with Jupiter there on my ascendant, I LOVE learning, reading, exploring, ideating and connecting the dots of the bigger picture with the minutia.

Over the years I've followed my extensive passion, practice and studies through fields of art & design, creative writing, deep ecology, Earth-based spiritual lineages such as various Buddhist traditions, Espiritismo/spiritism, nature-centric art as activism, visual guidance...

I also care, A LOT. Which is why I need this tool myself to stay sane and grounded in this surreal world, and it's also the gift of why I have the desire to share this with you today. <3

My devotion to intersectional eco-feminism, somatic mindfulness studies, nervous system regulation, wholistic wellness, and cycle-tracking experience.

How do we resource when it all feels uprooted?

What is enough in a world that seems to need so much?

What's the point when the overculture feels so powerful?

So many questions without single, simple answers...

and I have found that when nothing seems to make logical sense, I need to return to sensing biologically.

But it's a practice, that needs continual returning to.

The hardest part for me is remembering to remember – to reclaim my time and space that was scattered but never untethered.

This is a practice of remembering our belonging, our relationality, and finding our resilience resources from there.

I have found that re-membering our personal and collective parts of the distorted whole can only happen together.

So let's gather...

in Remembership: a community practice space for the socio-ecologically entangled & concerned

where we can meet consistently yet sustainably to to co-regulate & practice sense-making through embodiment...

where we can co-resource and regulate within the current contexts through communal & personal resilience - so that we have more choice amidst change.

rooted in deep ecology, somatic resourcing, cyclical mindfulness, astro-tarot, & embodying enoughness.

The Exchange:

My goal is to make this as accessible as possible, with a sliding scale for equity and solidarity.

I know these things to be true of my practice evolution;

1. meeting at a regular frequency creates the pacing my nervous system needs to change sustainably - to allow time for integration and expansion.

2. doing so in a community helps me actually show up as I am and not just put it off.

3. when there is a reasonable financial exchange involved, I am more likely to show up to not waste my investment, and the energy exchange supports the sustainability of the space.

As of now, I plan to offer this between $20 a month.

That breaks down to ~$4 per week;
or ~$10 per live session + the rest included: aka less than most one-off live practices.

And you can come and go as you please - cancel or rejoin at any time with a few click. No judgement or questions asked.

... those of us who are trying to focus on our role in the movements of these times, but still struggle at times to believe that what we’re doing is enough.

... those of us who struggle with our mental and/or physical health, and are trying to honor our ability and capacity without shame or guilt.

... those of us who feel so much that it’s hard to face the pain, but desire to build resilience so we can be involved without numbing or overwhelming ourselves.

... those of us who straddle (or want to know) the invisible line of the material world and the spirit realm, yet seek true integration of the both/all.

... those of us who feel rage at the oppressors and injustices yet don’t want to participate in separation or giving our power away. (and know there’s a way to not bypass the need to hold others accountable and speak up without perpetuating true harm)

... those of us who know shame and guilt for our feelings society deems negative a bit too well, yet also recognize the power and validity in these instincts when harnessed sustainably.

...for those of us who struggle to be with others at times, but know that true change happens in community and deep down desire more connection.

...for those of us who sometimes feel it’s easier to be alone, yet have also felt at times the power of being amongst others that supports and amplifies our mission, and takes the weight off our shoulders.

...for those of us who know that this world doesn’t just need climate solutions but a change in the way we live and relate.

I'm a queer, neurodivergent, latine artist and
intuitive who channels nature-centric art, healing tools & facilitates spaces to raise awareness and foster connection between all living beings.

Over the years I've followed my extensive passion, practice and studies through fields of art & design, creative writing, deep ecology, Earth-based spiritual lineages such Tibetan & Zen Buddhist traditions, Espiritismo/crossed syncretic Spiritism from my motherlands, nature-centric art as activism, visual communication, and more...

I also care, A LOT. Which is why I have been feeling increasingly called to create a space for us to come together in this surreal world. I need this too, I simply want to gather & guide us through what I know and all that will unfold together.
