- Twice a month LIVE & recorded 90 minute eco-somatic group practice circles + reflection sessions to co-regulate & resource within the current context through communal & personal resilience.

- Weekly check-in & integration prompts for accountability & asynchronous sharing + personal astro-tarot application

- Monthly collective embodied astro-tarot readings + Q&A livestream
The Remembership will generally look like this:

Mondays: Embodied check-in prompts forum thread & PDF

Wednesdays: (2nd & 4th) Live & recorded 90m practice session (typically at 3:30pm ET - yet subject to feedback / group availability! so don't let the day/time stop you from signing up :)
(1st & 3rd) Pause for Presence livestream (typically at 4:45pm ET) & intrgration time
- Fridays: Integration prompts
Note: April is an exception - with our 1st practice being held on Tuesday the 15th and Wednesday the 30th at the same time.
Why 90 minute practice sessions?
- research shows that focusing within 90 minute blocks (ultradian cycles) and recovery breaks between helps prevent burnout or decision/switching fatigue. (2) (3)
- time feels faster when you slow down, so i want to allow spaciousness for us to not feel rushed, have time for breaks and sharing.
