I’m Rachael Amber (they/she) queer, neurospicy, nature-centric artist & intuitive embodiment facilitator.

My work weaves deep ecology & spiritual somatics into supportive systems & grounding guidance.

I spent over a decade learning how to turn “too sensitive” into my strength. And I've spent years turning what helps me heal into offerings like Remembership so you don’t have to face it alone.

My guidance is deeply permission-granting, fluid yet rooted, and honors your inherent wisdom first.

A glimpse into what Remembership looks and feels like in practice:

Every part of Remembership is designed to echo the intelligence of living systems – cycles of growth, decay, and renewal.

Each embodiment practice session follows the rhythms of nature – somatically rooting, rising, and returning – so your body can remember what the Earth already knows: change is constant, and you have choice within it.

1. 🌱 Root – we always begin with somatic sensing, reconnecting with the body and Earth, so that you become grounded instead of scattered.

2. 💧 Relate – room and prompts for reflection, resourcing, and contemplation, so you can feel less alone in your experiences.

3. 🔥 Reflect / Express – invitations to explore intuitively through movement, meditation, and/or creative practice, so that you can orient to possibility + choice in times of uncertainty.

4. 🌀 Respond – space held to integrate insights – through sharing, silence, or whatever is needed to offer you a sense of closure and witnessing.

How can we help?

FAQ

When exactly do we meet regularly?

Generally, the live practice sessions will be held on Wednesdays, beginning sometime between 2-8:30pm ET. I shape the rotating times based on group preferences and availability, so you'll be able to submit this when you join. Lately it's been either 3 either 5:30 pm ET, but if (for example) we gain more west coast or Eastern hemisphere people, I can rotate times to accommodate.

We always take the 5th Wednesday off, unless it's a solstice/equinox 4x a year.

That being said, as we grow I am open to feedback if we would like to alternate times or days for more accessibility!

There is always the chance of it needing to move, but generally we will stick to this pacing!

WEDNESDAYS:

(2nd & 4th) Live & recorded 60m practice session (typically at 3 or 5:30 pm ET - yet subject to feedback / group availability! so don't let the day/time stop you from signing up :)

(1st & 3rd) Integration time. 15 minute Pause for Presence livestream

What if I can't make it live?

The beauty of Remembership is that everything is recorded, and we have a forum so that we can stay connected even when we're not live. You're welcome to ask questions & share anytime in the forum!

Even if you can't make the calls live, you'll still get the replay within 24 hours, and it will live in our library.

You're welcome to attend at your own pace, always.

Why is this a membership instead of invidiual sessions?

I promise this is not just another membership for the sake of recurring payments... it's a reflection of cyclical continuity & choiceful change.

I intentionally designed this container as a membership (that you can come and go from as you wish with a single click) in order to provide more value and supportive structure than individual sessions can.

  1. Less decisions fatigue: let your body say 'yes' once instead of talking you out of it every time you doubt if you deserve time to rest. (note you can always follow a 'no' to unsubscribe anytime)
  2. Practicing at a regular yet spacious frequency creates the sustainability your nervous system needs to change.
  3. The cyclical nature of a membership reflects the time, repetition and continuity it truly takes reclaim nervous system resilience & unlearn cultural pressures.
  4. This space reflects an abundance and practice of choice – with lots of opportunities to participate but not requirements of how much or little you attend. It all counts.
  5. This container helps cultivate more co-regulation and community around familiarity & shared commitment.

There are many more reasons, but I hope this helps you see my intention!

What does the monthly schedule look like?

The Remembership will generally look like this:

WEEKLY:

  • Monday astro attunement & capacity check-in prompts to help you find your right pace & space.

  • Wednesday live & recorded practice & presence sessions for elemental embodiment & slowing down. (rotates between 1 hour / 15 minutes – 1st & 3rd, and 2nd & 4th Weds) (times rotate depending on group availability)

(If you ignore the rest and just attend Wednesdays or watch the replays – it will be enough.)

MONTHLY:

  • Integration reflections to help you process, plan & give feedback.

QUARTERLY:

  • Seasonal reflection rituals for orienting within transitional times.

ANNUALLY:

  • *Channeled reading circles (where I channel personal messages for you!) for those who filled out at least 6 months of Integration/Reflection surveys.
Do I have to participate in everything?

Nope!

I prompt you to check in with your capacity frequently, that way you get to choose what's best for you, always.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this each week?

How much or little time you devote to this is ultimately up to you.

Even in as little as 30-60 minutes a week, you can get the most out of this offering.

Half an hour will be fine on the weeks there is just a Pause Practice & capacity checkin.

An hour on full Practice Session weeks is enough as well.

If you have more time on your hands, you can participate in forum discussions, prompts in the library, other past replays, and more.

I'm worried about falling off or becoming overwhelmed – how will you help me get oriented and stay engaged?

I'm here to help every step of the way.

When you join, you'll be prompted through a brief orientation sequence over email, to guide you step by step the first few days.

There will also be a Welcome Orientation Call live & recorded (within the first few weeks) to devote time to navigating the lay of our shared space, answer any questions, & break communal bread together.

Additionally, the Monday capacity check-ins are meant to help gently call you into the space each week, at your own pace and choice.

Any additional support or guidance you might need from myself and/or others can be requested through the forum at any time! Just tag me :) I'll also be available via email if there is a personal matter.

What is the cancellation policy?

You have the ability to cancel anytime beyond your agreement period – I make it easy for you with just a few clicks.

Ie; if you sign up for a seasonal membership, you'll be able to cancel anytime beyond the 3 months.

While you're welcome to stay for as long or as little as you'd like, you will get the most impact when you participate for 3-6 months at minimum.

What will happen in our practice sessions?

Each session mirrors nature’s cycles — from rooting to returning.

You’ll begin with a grounding practice, then move through reflection, intuitive exploration, and gentle integration.

All practices are optional and trauma-informed — you’re always invited to move, rest, or simply witness.

Micro Pauses are shorter grounding sessions; longer ones weave the full rhythm:

Root → Relate → Reflect → Respond → Return.

What platform is this held on?

Our live sessions are held on zoom. The community & library is hosted on our on-site course platform hosted by Tevello.

We love it because it's easy to access and navigate with your same login for our shop!

There is also a handy app that allows you easy off-site access via your phone. So you can always access it with simplicity. :)

Is this a replacement for therapy?

While this is a gret practice to use in addition to therapy and other professional support, it is not a replacement for therapy or any medical or psychological help.

Cyclical Roots products/offerings are not a clinical or medical organization or tools – it is not a replacement for consulting professional resources. We are simply a guide, connection point & sharing resources.

The Embodied Tarot Library is a space for being present with your own experiences. It is a stepping stone and general guide that is full of suggestions and not requirements or claims.

Can you accommodate my access needs?

In general, I will be using captions & transcripts for video content.

I use slides and visuals in most of my work for a more immersive learning experience.

During
practice & immersionsessions, I will always prompt us in a
trauma-informed way to check in with ourselves, use our own supports and
tools, and step away or adjust as needed.
