This is a self-guided experience that was originally recorded in a live group, but has been edited and restructured. All previous discussion and sharing parts have been removed to respect the nature of that space.

This experience is here to help you explore the empowering ecosystem of and beyond the Embodied Ecosystems deck and all it is connected to.
In each recorded sessions, I guide you through layers of tarot, astrology, & the elements, to root deeper into our resources within this supportive structure and our own bodies.
This will go much deeper than the guidebook and practice library - an immersive way to get to know this unique system (plus tarot/astro in general) better in a trauma-sensitive way.
Through a mix of space holding, embodiment + mindfulness practices, reflection & discussion, my intention is to give you some supportive foundations and expansive tools to add to your toolkit & help us face socio-ecological uncertainties.
In each session we will drop into unique Embodied Ecosystems practices not shared elsewhere, deep dive into all cards of elements and suits, reflect somatically with prompts in eco context, and journey in meditative trance.

No AI is involved in this creative process, and this too is by design, to echo and honor the slow-paced embodiment that this project, work and world needs.
All art in my deck was channeled in meditation, sketched on paper, and then transferred & hand-drawn digitally on my ipad. All formatting and design was also done by my hand.
The writing as well, was channeled in a meditative state, typed by my hands, and edited with some human help! Same for the emails sent around this campaign, this page, and everything else I create. :)
